About Pokemon Heart & Soul
Pokemon Heart & Soul is a fanmade Pokemon ROM hack/project. HeartSoulGame.com provides information, documentation, guides, screenshots, and access to the project's patching tools and patch files.
How browser patching works
The site provides the Pokemon Heart & Soul patch, not the commercial Pokemon Emerald game. You select your own legally obtained compatible Pokemon Emerald ROM on your device. The browser reads that file locally, applies the patch locally, and saves the resulting modified .gba file back to your device.
HeartSoulGame.com must not provide, bundle, host, or directly link to copyrighted commercial Pokemon ROM files. The patch file is distributed separately so it can be applied to a compatible ROM that you supply yourself.
Pokemon trademarks and copyrighted material
Pokemon and related names, characters, trademarks, and game assets belong to their respective rights holders, including Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, and The Pokemon Company where applicable. Pokemon Heart & Soul and HeartSoulGame.com are fan projects and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies.

Links to the Pokemon Heart & Soul GitHub repository and Discord server are project/community links. Links to emulator developers or other services are third-party destinations with their own software, terms, and policies.
